I bought a home, located at the La Costa Golf Course, and remodeled by SouthPointe. The experience has been pleasant.
The renovation was nicely planned with just enough modernizations to keep the original style of the home, yet offering all that could be expected in a new home. We think we got a lot for our money.
Luckily we were also able to visit during the actual remodel, so we could see that SouthPointe did a great effort replacing old plumbing and electricity, things that a less serious “flipper” easily could have left out.
